My contribution

As I discovered positive psychology, I realised that I have been living and working intuitively
according to its principles for a long time. Its implementation in the world of work
with a focus on people, their strengths and successes particularly captivated me.

At my former employer I thereupon introduced innovative formats:
- new "platforms of encounter" for more personal exchange and lived solidarity
- as well as impulse lectures at internal HR events for more confidence and self-reflection.

As a consultant, I also keep the focus on the people in the organisation.
